Anxiety Attacks

I don't know why have been prone to getting these...but it will just come up on me...feels like I'm getting sick to my stomach, heart-races, and I feel soooo out of sorts...I think it is the idea that Christmas Eve is tomorrow! I get stressed thinking that I spent too much money at once... I'll get like this when I'm about to drive on a long trip, fly in an airplane or things are just all out of normal...sometimes I don't know why... Anyways, I hate it! Now, I'm going to go take some deep breaths and try to get my house in order, do some wrapping and lessen the stress... :0
